Trafalgar Secondary College hosted a Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) on the 31st of May to talk about Climate Change.
Year 10 students Alexandra L, Jasmine G, Max M, and Oliver S, along with Mr Box, attended this meeting acting as ambassadors representing Madagascar.
The meeting consisted of making and modifying the Draft Resolution set for the countries to try and reach their climate-goals.
‘Countries’ debated how this resolution would affect them, allowing students to learn how Climate Change affects different peoples on multiple levels.
The students liked seeing how the meetings were conducted and enjoyed participating with students from other schools.
Special thank you to Mr Box for organising.
