This week the VCAL Advance students have been undertaking a Traffic Management course delivered by the Civil Contractors Federation.Students were required to demonstrate competency in a practical assessment and also complete a theory component.  The units from the course provide credit for the Industry Specific strand of VCAL and also is part of the students…
