Our Sister School Exchange Programme has been developed to foster international understanding and friendship. It also gives us a good platform to develop language skills and to refine those skills in a cultural immersion experience. The programme started in 1993, initiated by a former student, Ashley Smirl and many students have benefited since then.

We are very pleased to welcome international students to our school biannually and our students have an opportunity to visit Toyama in the alternate year. Highlights of the tour to Toyama include the home stay – in either very traditional or modern family homes, a camp with Japanese students, visits to historic areas, travel by Bullet train and Disneyland in Tokyo.
